About the Letter from the Chair
The Letter from the Chair is a regular newsletter providing summary and update information on key issues related to AmCham Vietnam’s objective of promoting trade and investment between Vietnam and the United States. It is published regularly by the HCM City Chapter of AmCham Vietnam, under Publication License No. 11/GP-XBBT, issued by the Ministry of Culture & Information, 19 Feb 2008. The articles are intended to be informative but not necessarily “normative.” Opinions expressed in the articles do not necessarily reflect the views of AmCham, its Governors, or Staff.

Subscriptions
A subscription to the Letter from the Chair is one of the benefits of AmCham membership. AmCham members receive hard copy issues of the Letter from the Chair delivered to them. AmCham members may also view on-line (if they have a pdf viewer plug-in for their web browser) or download pdf files of current and back issues from this web site.

Submission Guidelines
We welcome contributions from AmCham members, especially Committee leaders, as well as consultants and other experts. Articles or story ideas may be submitted to AmCham via this web site. Not all requests or ideas may be accepted.

Sponsorships and Announcements
We welcome informational announcements from members to include in the mailing/delivery of the Letter from the Chair.

The articles are intended to be informative but not necessarily normative. Opinions expressed in the articles do not necessarily reflect the views of AmCham, its Governors, or Staff.

How to mail
The Letter from the Chair is one of the benefits of AmCham membership. AmCham members receive hard copy issues of the Letter from the Chair delivered to them. Your brochures/flyers will be included in the same envelopes with the Letter from the Chair and will be delivered to nearly 700 AmCham HCMC members who mostly are senior executive of nearly 350 AmCham member and associate companies.

Size: A4-size or smaller
Quantity: 850 ready-printed brochures/flyers

Your announcements/flyers’ content must be appropriate to the goals and objectives of AmCham Vietnam. AmCham Vietnam reserves the right to reject any announcement/flyer.

Mailing service billing rates
Our mailing service billing is as follows:

Member: $75/month
Non-Member: $100/month

Larger or multiple-page brochures/flyers may also be accepted. The service fee will be adjusted proportionately.
