Time is money—our Business Appointments Service lets you do a lot of business quickly

We arrange appointments for visiting U.S. businesses. When we receive your email alerting us to your visit and asking for information and appointments, we reply—usually within 24 hours—offering to identify interested firms and arrange your business appointments based on information about your company and your interests. After receiving your advance information (see below), our Coordinator makes all your appointments, and sends the schedule to you. An assistant will meet you at the hotel, accompany you to appointments and assist with any last minute changes.

We need about three or four weeks advance notice of your arrival.

An alternative is to use our weekly email update service to let prospects know you are coming, and then you can arrange appointments confidentially by email and/or phone.

The cost of Business Appointments Service is $250/day. Please note that hotel reservations and ground transportation are not included in this cost, although we can also arrange hotel reservations and ground transportation for you at favorable rates. Just let us know what you need.
