Sponsorship Opportunities 2007 (Events)

AmCham offers a wide range of sponsorship opportunities at events ranging from monthly members’ lunches, cocktail receptions, to the annual Golf Outings, 4th of July Celebration, and Governors’ Ball.

Sponsorship can come in a variety of presentations that will fit your marketing needs and budget. It helps raise your company’s profile among AmCham’s 700 members and associates, and their guests, who mostly are senior executives and staff of over 325 AmCham member and associate firms, US Consulate officials, and Vietnamese government officials with responsibility for trade and investment.

AmCham Members Lunch

Regular and ad hoc luncheons, featuring speakers with important business or government program experience. Average attendance is approximately 70 to 80 members and guests.

AmCham Members Night / Meet the US Consulate General

Regular networking opportunity for AmCham member companies and staff to meet with U.S. Consul General and key members of Consulate General staff in an informal setting.

Dalat Winter Weekend & Roundtable, Jan 26 – 28, 2007

A great networking weekend, with Welcome Cocktail, Roundtable Discussion of Key Issues, and Gala Dinner at the exquisite Dalat Sofitel Palace Hotel. An opportunity to enjoy the fresh mountain air with networking opportunities with other members, government VIPs, and business leaders. Optional activities include spa, tennis, outings, golfing, and relaxation.

Annual Meeting of the Asia-Pacific Council of American Chambers of Commerce, March 22-24, 2007

Independence Day Celebration & Family Picnic, June 30, 2007

An old-fashioned celebration and picnic for members, families and friends with plenty of delicious food, cold drinks and beer, lots of fun and games for children and parents, great door prizes, and live music.

Sponsor provide product, cash, and vouchers for raffle prizes to help defray the costs of the event and keep the ticket prices affordable for all AmCham members, family and invited guests. We expect to welcome over 600 participants.

AmCham Governors Ball, December 8, 2007 (tbc)

Annual formal event to be held in the festive style of the season. The main purpose is to raise funds for community support initiatives and contributions to charities funded by and through AmCham – United Way in Vietnam. Through its grant program to local Vietnamese NGOs, the AmCham-United Way partnership supports education, promotes health and wellness, responds to emergencies, and helps build strong communities.
