AmCham Vietnam organizes 2 Supply Chain Development Events on Aug 4 & Sep 13

  • How to market your products to potential customers?
  • Which procurement standards are common and how does LEAN manufacturing improve your efficiency and margins?
  • What is the global trend of “worker engagement” and does it really support your workforce for mutual cooperation between workers and managements?

Find out more in up-coming “Supplier Workshop” in August and “4th Annual Supplier Day”, organized by AmCham Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City.

Kick-off with “Supplier Workshop” on August 4, 2017 in Windsor Plaza hotel, the day will focus on above topics with speakers from Walmart, Social Responsibility Operations Consulting and Wahl Vietnam – sharing their knowledge and experience; then follow up with a robust round table discussion between suppliers and customers.

Following this training is the “4th Annual Supplier Day 2017” in the New World hotel on September 13, 2017. A great opportunity for both suppliers and manufacturers to build and foster relationships!  Matching enterprises/manufacturers with potential suppliers for a one-on-one meeting to review products and discuss possible collaboration. Mr. Milton Hagler, Chairman of AmCham Manufacturing Committee will also share “How to position your supply chain for sustainable success into the future”

AmCham Vietnam Supply Chain Development is an integral part of support for a robust manufacturing industry for all enterprises. We hope AmCham Supplier Day will bring the benefits to both local and FDI companies.

Expect to attract more than 100 enterprises from many industries. This year, we will open widely for local suppliers who specialized in consumer goods and U.S. companies who supply products and services to Vietnam.
