This event will review the BSC journey from KPIs to Strategy-Execution Management tool of choice ~ the Balanced Scorecard was created by Professor Kaplan and Dr. Norton in the late 1990’s and has gone through a number of evolutions.

During this informative discussion one of the region’s leading Performance Management experts who worked directly with Kaplan/Norton for ten-years will share his experiences and discuss how to approach implementation of this tool for maximum results.

About the speaker

Adrian Gardiner, Tantum Asia, has over thirteen years’ experience in management consulting with a corporate accounting background ‐ working directly with founders of Balanced Scorecard ~ Prof R. Kaplan (Harvard Business School) & Dr. D. Norton. He applies the BSC in a contemporary fashion keeping in close contact with the development and extension of the methodology.

He holds an MBA from Monash University and holds a BEc (Acct) and is a qualified CPA. His areas of expertise include:

• Assisting organizations to define and execute strategy using the BSC and related techniques;
• Development of Vision / Mission / Goals – setting strategic direction;
• Assessment and development of solutions for enhancing strategy execution across an organization;
• Training and Education for organizations on enhancing strategic execution excellence;
