The Ho Chi Minh City Investment, Tourism, and Trade Mission will be in New York City on March 20-21 and in San Francisco on March 23-24.

Ho Chi Minh City is the center of the largest and fastest growing region in Vietnam, the “Southern Key Economic Zone,” which today accounts for 35% of Vietnam’s GDP and is projected to account for 40% of Vietnam’s GDP in the near future. This success is largely attributed to streamlined business procedures and increased investment incentives, not to mention a history of entrepreneurship and international relationships. The Feb 28 Intel USD 300 million semiconductor facility investment demonstrates that HCM City is a world-class investment destination.

The seminar will provide U.S. companies with an overview of the many opportunities available in Ho Chi Minh City. In addition, top executives of leading HCM City companies, such as Mr. NGUYEN Huu Tho, General Director of Saigon Tourist, and Walter BLOCKER, Chairman of AmCham Vietnam-HCM City, and Managing Director of GANNON Vietnam, will participate in the mission.
