The screening of employee candidates has long been used to help avoid potential problem employees or, at least, limit them as best we can. But, this service is relatively new in Viet Nam, and we too often face uncooperative schools and former employers who don't understand the message. Don't even get me started on how "officialdom" responds - or doesn't - to queries!
