Event Background

We have witnessed remarkable progress in Vietnam’s real estate market so far this year. Both HCMC and Hanoi have had a significant increase in residential transactions. In Q3/2015, HCMC had approximately 5,220 units sold, increasing by 59% year on year, in Hanoi over 6,650 units were absorbed. Hotel, retail and office segments all had a better performance. There is no denying that the strong growth of the property market has been backed up by economic recovery, supportive policies from the government and improved infrastructure. Will the situation remain positive in 2016? What segments will dominate the market? How will macroeconomic factors affect the property market? Join the “2016 Market Forecast” seminar to find out.
