Event Description

As the New Government sets Year 2016 as Year of Enterprises, it aims to reduces the red tapes and bureaucracy in the Law on Enterprises (LOE), Law on Investment (LOI), and Law on Construction (LOC).  At this moment, many important issues have been presented, such as what are the impacts of the new laws to your business as FDI companies? what is the real benefit by splitting IC into IRC and ERC? When all the problems relating to “conditional businesses” can be removed? Does the reform in 2015 creates more issues than solutions? Will the reform in 2016 amends what is necessary to amend? A proposal to amend the three laws LOE, LOI and LOC have been presented to the National Assembly, but was returned for now being addressed to the key issues.
