Event Description

The remaining of 2017 APEC Vietnam will witness a very busy Meeting Schedule with Businesses, Senior officials and US Government visits. AmCham members have been asking questions on program, schedules, what and how they can get involved. We are very fortunate that HCMC US Consulate Economic Office Sean P. Lindstone was a key US Government player in Philippines APEC 2015, Peru APEC 2016 and now for Vietnam APEC 2017 and he has agreed to provide AmCham members with preliminary information on meetings, administrative procedures, meeting requirements, logistics, and some general requirements for participation. Some preliminary information on attendance of US Administration.  So if your considering participating in the remaining APEC Vietnam meeting come join us for lunch with Sean.

Sean P. Lindstone
Economic Officer
U.S. Consulate General Ho Chi Minh City

A career member of the Foreign Service, Sean Lindstone has been an Economic Officer at the U.S. Consulate General in Ho Chi Chi Minh City since September 2016.  Before joining the Consulate in HCMC, Sean spent a year and a half on detail to the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, where he served as the Director for Japan and APEC Policy.  Sean’s other overseas experience includes assignments to Seoul, South Korea and Hyderabad, India.  Prior to joining the Foreign Service, Sean was Assistant Vice President for Legislative Affairs and Chief Economist at the Real Estate Board of New York.
