Cyber-attacks are increasing in number and intensity every year at a more pervasive, persistent and sophisticated level. According to a recent survey, Vietnam ranks 12th in the list of countries facing maximum Cyber Attack and ranks 3rd out of 10 countries with the most virus-infected applications downloaded for Android operating system. Attacks on Vietnamese websites doubled from 2,250 in 2011 to 3,520 in the first 7 months of 2014. Vietnam suffers loss of VND8Trillion ($379,15 mil) yearly from Cyber. Given these challenges, the seminar is designed to provide enterprises with in-depth understanding around cyber-attacks in Vietnam, their exposure and solutions in addressing cyber risks to help organizations defend their own networks.

Country Manager, Software Segment, IBM Vietnam
Crispin Bui is the Country Manager – Software Segment for IBM Vietnam. He is currently responsible for IBM’s solution units, including Analytics, Security, Middleware, Commerce and Social. Before this role, Crispin assumed several executive roles in IBM, including Sales Executive in IBM Asean, responsible for Sales & Distribution across all IBM’s business units in Vietnam.
Prior to IBM, Crispin was Vice President for Xerox Business Services (XBS), responsible for XBS’s IT Outsourcing business in Asia Pacific. Before that, Crispin undertook various management positions in Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), in Australia and Asia. His last appointment at CSC was looking after the business consulting business in Asia.
Crispin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from University of Canberra, Australia.
Head of Asia Financial Lines, AIG Asia Pacific
Jason began his career with AIG in 1999 in New York. Since then he has taken on various positions of increasing responsibility including the technology D&O portfolio in the AIG San Francisco office and International D&O based in London.
Jason currently has responsibility for directors and officers insurance in the Asia Pacific region and is also responsible for all financial lines products in Asia including financial institutions, cyber liability and professional indemnity.
Jason is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point with a BS in business administration.
