Branding is crucial & widely understood when we think about what influences people’s buying decisions when it comes to choosing our company, product or service.

We know that companies invest a huge amount of time and money in developing and promoting the brand for their customers…but how much time do they invest in doing the same for their employees, their very special customers? Increasingly forward thinking HR Directors and Talent Managers are using formal marketing and branding techniques to influence how people feel about their company as an employer, dramatically reducing recruitment costs and dramatically improving employee engagement.
