Event Description

For the past decade, a number of multinational companies and large – sized local companies in Vietnam have adopted the HR Business Partner model widely.  This trend reflects the increasing needs from CEOs and Executive Committee (ExCo) Members in engaging HR Business Partners in the development and execution of their business strategies and plans.  Studies and surveys state that an effective HR Business Partner will be able to develop effective HR strategies to drive the successful implementation of the people agenda for the business.

Our distinguished speaker Ms Pham Thanh Van will discuss how an HR Business Partner should build an effective business partnership with their clients and develop effective HR strategies in alignment with the business objectives and taking into account the business context and social trends.
