Godelieve Kroonenberg is the Market Business Leader ASEAN for Mercer’s Information Solutions business. In her role she is responsible for managing the overall business for Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines.
Next to this, Godelieve is responsible for Mercer’s Consumer Goods Industry forum in Asia Pacific, where Godelieve assists clients in customized rewards studies, benchmarking projects and benefits practice and valuation analysis.
Prior to joining Mercer in 2007, Godelieve worked as a senior human resources consultant with another large consulting firm in the Netherlands, specializing in benefits plan design. She has led many projects for multinational companies on HR issues concerning human resource strategies, rewards programs and development of (flexible) benefits schemes.
Godelieve holds a MA in Laws from the University of Utrecht, the Netherlands.
Ms. Trang has more than 15 years of HR managerial experiences in which 4 years with leading European pharmaceutical company and 11 years with one of the largest FMCG companies in the world. She’s holding both generalist and expertise skills in HR. Ms. Trang delivered major achievements including start-up professional HR function and teams including processes, procedures, taking initiatives for talent management which became best practice in the region, rolling out HR transformation initiatives , taking big-scale change management role, sharpening reward strategy that strongly linked with high performance culture, and more importantly many years playing a key role of HR strategic partnering role to build and deliver HR agenda that enables the business to deliver results thru great people.
After 4 years working as a HR Head of Sanofi-Synthelabo Vietnam, Ms. Trang joined Unilever Vietnam in 2002 as the HR Business Partner Manager-Customer Development. She had more than 2 years working as a Reward Expertise Manager-Thailand & Vietnam of Unilever SEAA from 2006 to 2009. In May 2009, she was promoted to HR Business Partner Director, in which she’s in charge of Brand Building, Customer Development, Food Solutions then Supply Chain/Manufacturing & Corporate Functions at Unilever Vietnam before getting the current role as Vice President – Human Resources for Unilever Vietnam in August 2013.
Ms. Trang holds Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Open University, HCMC in 1994 and MBA (Honor) from Assumption University, Thailand in 2002. Recently, she received “Vietnam’s 2013 Best Human Resource Business Partner of the Year ” by Tower Watson.
Ton That Anh Vu is currently the Head of Human Resources of HSBC Vietnam. Under his current role, Vu is responsible for developing the HR strategies and driving the implementation of the People Agenda in Vietnam.
Vu began his long and successful career with HSBC in Vietnam in 1999 as a Compliance Officer. Vu was then appointed to become Public Affairs and Marketing Manager cum Area Compliance Officer in HSBC Vietnam where he helped to set up these departments in the Bank, enhance the Bank’s image in the local community, protect the Bank’s reputation as well as prevent financial loss. In 2003, Vu was appointed to become Human Resources Manager and under his stewardship, HSBC was able to grow the number of people from 85 to some 1400 employees today.
Vu was appointed to become Head of HSBC’s foreign bank branch in Hanoi responsible for the business operations and retail banking in the North during 2009 and 2010. He also had the oversight of Compliance and Government Relations thereafter.
Vu has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Commercial Law and a Master of Business Administration from The Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands. He is a graduate of Leadership Business Programme from Richard Ivey Business School, Hong Kong Campus.
Colin Blackwell started his career with global executive search firms in the UK and Russia. In 1995 he set up the first and market leading employment agency in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. He has since held senior global head office HR roles in Europe and Asia and is now running a group of companies in Vietnam. He is the founder of the HR Associations in Vietnam and is the Chairman of the HR Committee of the Vietnam Business Forum, representing the business community to the Ministry of Labour.
