Mr. Seck Yee Chung, Partner, Baker & McKenzie Vietnam Ltd.
Seck Yee Chung leads the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions, IT/C and Pharma &Healthcare practices in Vietnam. He is highly regarded in his field – Chambers Global, Chambers Asia and Asia Pacific Legal 500 rank him as a leading lawyer in the field of Corporate/M&A and TMT.
Having lived and worked in Vietnam since 1999, Chung has been involved in significant cross-border M&A and IT/C deals and transactions in Vietnam and the Asia Pacific region. He is known to deliver sound and pragmatic advice on corporate and regulatory compliance matters, particularly on foreign investment, licensing, market access under WTO, private and public M&A, securities, competition and anti-corruption compliance, commercial promotions and marketing, data use and privacy, over a diverse range of industries, from IT/C, media, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and healthcare, to consumer products, agriculture, food & beverage, manufacturing, property, and aviation.
He is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and serves as Vice President of the Singapore Business Group, Ho Chi Minh City.
Mr. Rick Yvanovich FCMA CGMA FCPA MSc., Founder and CEO, TRG International
Rick is a Chartered Management Accountant with 30 years of diverse experiences including Oil & Gas, Hospitality, Retail, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Property development, Defense Manufacturing, Manufacturing, Breweries, FMCG, High Technology, and the Accounting profession. He has been living in Vietnam since May 1990. A consultant and serial entrepreneur he has been directly involved in hundreds of client engagements in 39 countries and founded several companies including TRG International. Rick is Deputy Chairman and a Board Member of the South East Asia Regional Board for CIMA, Chairman of the AMCHAM HCMC ICT group, Chairman of the Eurocham IT Sector Committee and a Member of the Board for BBGV.
Mr. Anh Minh Do, Managing Editor in Vietnam for Tech in Asia. Minh juggles keeping his pulse on Vietnam’s start-up, social media and technology scenes while keeping his eye on the budding Southeast Asian web-influenced cultures. His main areas of research include social media, apps, start-up, online marketing, web culture and events. He’s currently based in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. http://www.techinasia.com
Mr. Aaron James Everhart, co-Founder HATCH! PROGRAM
Aaron is an experienced communication strategist and entrepreneur. From 1995 to 2005 he worked for Landor, the worlds most accomplished brand identity and design consultancy as a brand strategist and writer. In 2005, Aaron moved to Hanoi to start a behavior-change communication firm, ABLINK, serving NGO clients such as WHO, several UN agencies, World Bank, Save the Children, Care, The Atlantic Philanthropies, and Gates Foundation. The firm also provided commercial brand consulting for Diageo, P&G, BAT, Lam Soon, Fox, and Vinaphone, to name a few out of over 200 client brands in 20 years.
He has an MBA from La Trobe Graduate School of Business, an MA from San Francisco State University, and BA in Literature with Honors from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Aaron is an active member of AMA, BBGV, CanCham, HanoiBA, and of course, HATCH!, He is a co-founder and mentor at HATCH.VN, an incubator and angel fund. Aaron provides continuous, pro-bono communication consulting to UNICEF Vietnam and KOTO Foundation.
Mr. Rachan Reddy, General Partner, IDG Ventures Vietnam.
Along with the other Partners of IDG Ventures Vietnam, he participates in the investment and management decisions of the fund and its portfolio companies, specifically investments within the technology, media, telecommunications and biotechnology sectors. Rachan led the investment of Rubicon Project (NYSE: RUBI) and served on the Board of VNG (formerly VinaGame). He currently serves on the Board of Management for several companies including YAN Group, Pyramid Consulting and HotDeal.vn. He is based in Ho Chi Minh City and also serves on the Corporate Advisory Board for UNICEF Vietnam as well as serving as a Director for Tan Khoa Distribution Corporation and IFB Holdings Limited.
Before joining IDG Ventures, Rachan was a Founding Partner and President of VITC, a US-based technology company specializing in corporate and retail data network services. He was responsible for establishing and managing the company’s global network and retail operations which became the largest private data services provider in Indochina. Prior to his experience in Asia, he worked as a project consultant and was involved with the establishment of S2S Medical Publishing. He was also involved in biomedical research at Northwestern University, UCLA and UCSD. Rachan graduated summa cum laude from UCLA, where he received a BS in Cybernetics/ Systems Engineering. He is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society. After UCLA, Rachan earned his MD degree from Northwestern University Medical School, Chicago, Illinois.

Edward Thai is dedicated to unlocking human potential by developing and finance new businesses. He has previous experience in strategy and M&A across financial services, media & entertainment, telecommunications, and manufacturing. He received degrees from Harvard and Yale and remains active with both universities, as co-president of the Harvard’s Vietnam alumni group and as Yale MBA alumni class secretary. He is also a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers community and a steering committee member of UNICEF Next Generation Vietnam. He was recently recognized on Forbes Vietnam’s inaugural 30 Under 30 List.
