Prior to joining E&Y, he was the head of European operations for a global immigration consultancy responsible for the management of six European businesses processing around 2,500 work permit each year.

Anh’s focus is expatriate tax services for Vietnam, which covers personal income tax compliance, employment benefits advisory, employment share schemes advisory, tax planning, the application of a treaty for the avoidance of double taxation, tax health check, tax appeals and other related issues.  With more than 7 years working in personal income tax, Anh has extensive experience in dealing with various issues and is able to facilitate effective consultation for her clients. Her experience covers a wide range of industries including oil & gas, retail and consumer products, pharmaceuticals, banking, construction, airlines, insurance, etc.,.  Anh has developed strong relationships with the various tax authorities and they in turn seek for her input into complex tax matters, on occasion.
