The development of the Vietnam Supply Chain is an integral part of development of the overall manufacturing industry. But as a local supplier there challenges to overcome when working with Foreign Invested Enterprises supply chains. What is the best way to present your products to a potential customer? Which procurement standards are common and how does Lean relate to suppliers? What is the global trend of “worker engagement” and how could it involve and support suppliers? These topics will be discussed along with a hosted round table discussion with both manufacturers and suppliers to exchange practical advice and learn from each other at the 2017 AmCham Supply Chain Development.
