Event Description

Join fellow HR Professionals and Business Leaders to learn about the latest trends in the Vietnamese market, as captured by the Birches Group multi-sector compensation and benefits survey, published in October, 2014.  We will examine salary levels, the mix between fixed salary, cash allowances, variable pay and in-kind benefits, and other survey highlights.

In addition, we will explore overall market developments in the ASEAN Region, as well as market trends for the year.  Ample time will be provided for discussion of hot topics and questions and answers.

This year, on April 1, Benette will be celebrating her 10th year at Birches Group. Thus, to be specific, in the past 9 years, 11 months and 27 days she has held the position of an Analyst in Training, Compensation Analyst, Compensation Specialist , with the latter one being a dual role, as she also manages Business Development at Birches Group. She has spoken at HR conferences and has conducted roundtable sessions on the topic of compensation management in over 10 countries, including Haiti, Ghana, Indonesia, Ethiopia, Tanzania, and Kenya. Benette has completed more than 100  total compensation surveys conducted remotely from the Birches Group Manila Data Center in addition to over 20 compensation surveys conducted on-the-ground in Africa. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in European Studies (Business Track), with a Minor Degree in French Studies and a Minor Degree in History. She loves to travel and hopes to hit a count of 50 countries before she turns 40. In her free time, she cooks, dabbles in photography, reads a lot of books, plays with her many nephews and nieces.
