Anh has lived and worked in Vietnam for over 10-years. In 2005, she relocated to Vietnam and assisted in the development of HR2B Relocation Services, which was later acquired by the Santa Fe Group.
The Santa Fe Group is among the world’s leading providers of services for global mobility and relocation. The Relocation Services business supports corporations and their employees relocate and settle in a new country, assisting them with visa, immigration, home and school, language and culture training, managing expenses, property rentals, etc. The Moving Services business delivers domestic and international moving of households. The Records Management business stores and manages records for corporations.
The Group operates from a network of offices in 56 countries on 6 continents, through some 3,000 employees.

During her career with HR2B and Santa Fe, Anh has held a wide range of positions within the company that include quality assurance, operations, customer service, business development, senior management positions and, today, is the General Director. She has earned certifications including GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) and has led the team to obtain FAIMPLUS, ISO 9001 (quality assurance) and ISO 27001 (environmental protection).
Anh is an active leader in the business community and is a member of several chambers, including AmCham, EuroCham, BBGV, AusCham, CanCham. She graduated from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, International Business, and Business Ethics & Legal Studies. She lives in Ho Chi Minh City. Her hobbies include tennis, running and golf.
Vision for AmCham
Anh’s vision for AmCham is to expand the Chamber’s presence in the marketplace as the leading organization for networking, policy development and trade promotion for U.S. businesses operating in Vietnam. Her vision for AmCham entails increased activities for networking and commercial activity, as well as opportunities for leaders in the business community to work with governmental counterparts to develop sound policy recommendations. Her particular field of interest is in working with foreign enterprises in establishing and expanding their operations in Vietnam.
As a longstanding member of the business community in Ho Chi Minh City, Anh’s professional network extends throughout foreign and domestic enterprises. In her capacity as the General Director of Santa Fe Relocation Service Vietnam, her clients range from MNCs to SMEs, and she would be honored to represent their interests as a member of AmCham’s Board of Governors.
