A compress massage, Luk Prakop combines the natural therapy of traditional Thai herbalism with the healing powers of touch. Each compress is prepared with fresh herbs and flowers, and is then warmed and pressed onto the body in conjunction with an oil massage. These massages are designed to increase blood circulation, and relieve muscular stress, aches and pains.

Traditional Thai acupressure administers pressure to specific points along the body’s meridian lines in order to relieve muscle tension and clear energy blockages.
