The AmCham Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City Board of Governors and the Governors’ Ball Organizing Committee are delighted to announce our 29th Annual Governors’ Ball, to be held on Saturday, December 7, 2024, beginning at 6:00 pm at the JW Marriott Hotel and Suites (formerly InterContinental Saigon). Event theme will be updated soon.

The Governors’ Ball will be an exclusive event, bringing together over 400 top members of the AmCham Vietnam HCMC business community, together with Vietnamese and international business representative friends. The Ball will be a unique opportunity for you to promote your company to an influential audience in a glamorous setting, while contributing to a worthy charitable cause.

AmCham Scholarship Program

AmCham Women in Engineering Scholarship Program: Since 2011, we have financed scholarships for more than 515 talented female STEM students of 12 partnership universities throughout Central and Southern Vietnam. Our scholarship winners benefit from our sponsors’ financial support, as well as hands-on experience, professional skills development, and exposure to professional work environments. This program is a key part of AmCham’s commitment to partner with local educational institutions to invest in the future and enable a globally competitive workforce in Vietnam.

AmCham Scholarship Program: Now in its 23rd year, the merit-based AmCham Scholarship supports university students with funds for their education, as well as training and experience for their post-graduation future. With members’ support, AmCham has awarded 1115 scholarships since the program was established in 2001. It is a key part of AmCham’s commitment to partner with local educational institutions to invest in the future and enable a globally competitive workforce in Vietnam. The scholarship program is supported by AmCham member companies. The program is also supported through the AmCham Governors Ball, and our generous donors and bidders at the event.
