Louis Nguyen
Chairman and CEO, Saigon Asset Management (SAM)
With over 20 years of fund management and M&A in Vietnam, Louis is currently the Chairman and CEO of Saigon Asset Management (SAM) which manages Vietnam Equity Holding, one of the top performing investment funds in Vietnam. Prior to founding SAM, Louis was Managing Director at VinaCapital and IDG Ventures Vietnam. Before moving back to Vietnam, Louis lived and worked in San Francisco and Silicon Valley working at Intelligent Capital, Osprey Ventures, Apple and KPMG. He currently serves as the Chairman of AmCham Vietnam’s Capital Markets & Financial Services Committee. Louis earned a BS in Accounting at San Jose State University, San Jose, California and is an American citizen.
