Rachelle Komarnisky

Rachelle is an associate in our Ho Chi Minh City office specializing in cross border trade and commerce across multiple industries. She has assisted clients with agency arrangements, distributorships, market entry and commercial contracts.

Rachelle regularly advises on preferential terms available under free trade agreements covering Vietnam and the Asia-Pacific region, including goods and services trading under the CPTPP, EVFTA, and ASEAN Economic Community agreements.

Rachelle graduated from the University of Alberta with a BA degree in Political Science (2012). Rachelle holds Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) and a Bachelor of Common Law (LL.B) degrees from McGill University in Montreal Canada (2016) and was admitted to the New York Bar in 2019.
