This is held subsequent to a meeting between HCMC leaders and foreign business associations, and is being organized in collaboration with the Investment and Trade Promotion Center (ITPC) of HCMC.

HCMC People’s Committee Chairman Phan Van Mai
Chairman Phan Van Mai is a member of the 13th Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the HCMC’s Party Committee, head of the HCM City National Assembly Delegation.
Prior to this, he took key positions, including Standing Deputy Secretary of Ben Tre’s Party Committee, Chairman of People’s Council of Ben Tre, Secretary of Ben Tre Party Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City
Standing Deputy Secretary of the HCMC’s Party Committee Phan Van Mai was elected as Chairman of the People’s Committee of HCMC for the 2021-2026 term at the second session of the 10th People’s Council on August 24, 2021. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and bachelor’s degree in English.
