Event Description
FIDIC contracts are all too familiar in construction industry. However, recently, the world is moving away from confrontational style contract into collaborative contracts. One of those countries is Singapore where government is adopted collaborative contracts for club public works.

Christopher Chuah

Joanna Seetoh
Partner, Construction and Engineering Practice Group Harry Elias Partnership LLP Joanna has 15 years of experience in commercial arbitration, litigation, and advisory work primarily in the construction and infrastructure sector. She is accredited as a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, and is amongst the inaugural batch of practitioners recognized as an Accredited Specialist in Building and Construction Law by the Singapore Academy of Law.
