Warrick Cleine MBE
Chairman and CEO, Managing Partner – Deals, Tax & Legal KPMG in Vietnam Warrick Cleine MBE has been based in Vietnam for over 27 years and serves on the Asia Pacific Board and Global Council of KPMG. He is the Chairman and CEO of KPMG in Vietnam and Cambodia, and Managing Partner of the firm’s Deals, Tax and Legal practice. KPMG is the leading professional services firm in Vietnam and Cambodia, with 62 partners and 2000 employees. The Firm provides Audit, Tax, Legal, Deal Advisory and Management Consulting services from offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Danang and Phnom Penh. In addition to his leadership role at KPMG, Cleine is an Adjunct Professor at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University Vietnam) and a Visiting Professor of Practice at the British University Vietnam (BUV). He is also the Chairman of the New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam and the British Corporate Advocacy Council in Vietnam. Additionally, Cleine acts as an advisor to New Zealand Trade and Enterprise and an Honorary Advisor to the Asia New Zealand Foundation. Recognized as one of Southeast Asia’s foremost corporate advisors, he is a sought-after speaker and writer on Asia-Pacific business, geopolitical, and economic affairs. Cleine brings extensive experience in advising governments and corporations on strategy, corporate governance, trade, taxation, and structuring. Warrick Cleine was made an Ordinary Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) by King Charles III for services to British trade and investment in Vietnam. Cleine is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand (CA) and is registered as a CPA in both Vietnam (VACPA) and Cambodia (KICPAA). |
Phat Tran Tien
General Director Diversatek Tran Tien Phat has been General Director of Diversatek Vietnam from April 2022, before joining Diversatek he has had 40 working years with over 33 years in the electronics industry through 5 MNC in Vietnam (Japan, America, Italy…) In Dec 2019, Mr. Phat received the bestowal of the Merit of Knight of the Order of the Star of Italy from the President of Italy Sergio Mattarelia. It was in his recognition of his Merit in the brillant management of the Italian Hi-Tech company and given the consistent support to promotion of Italy in Vietnam, especially acting as an inspiration for many young Vietnamese interested in completing their high education in Italy. At the companies he has worked for, he has built a very positive working environment where each member will contribute to the company’s success to the best of his or her ability. Mr. Phat is married and has two sons and one grandson. |
Ryan Vo
Senior Account Manager Amazon Ryan Vo is a distinguished Senior Account Manager at Amazon Global Selling Vietnam, where he has established an impressive track record in accelerating cross-border ecommerce growth and international market expansion. During his 4+ years tenure, Ryan has successfully empowered over 300+ Vietnamese brands to launch and thrive on Amazon US, notably mentoring two breakthrough brands that achieved remarkable revenue milestones of $4M+ in their inaugural year. As the Program Lead for Amazon Brand Registry in the Vietnam-US marketplace, Ryan plays a pivotal role in guiding Vietnamese enterprises through their global expansion journey, focusing on strategic brand development and international market penetration. His expertise extends beyond traditional account management, encompassing comprehensive brand protection and growth strategies. With 10+ years’ experience across multinational corporations in retail, ecommerce, and OTA sectors, Ryan has cultivated extensive expertise in B2B strategic partnerships, account management, and revenue optimization. Tam Nguyen
Director of Operations & Government Affairs adidas Technical Service Vietnam Tam Nguyen is Director of Operations & Government Affairs at adidas Technical Service Vietnam, overseeing South Asia operations. With more than 20 years of experience across logistics, trade compliance, procurement, finance, and government affairs in industries like electronics, semiconductors, and sporting goods, Tam brings a wealth of cross-functional expertise and strategic insight to his role. Tam’s passion lies in contributing to the betterment of people’s lives and promoting responsible business practices. |
Giang Vu
Government and Public Affairs, Director Nike Vietnam Giang Vu is NIKE’s Director for Government and Public Affairs, leading the government engagement and community impact program for NIKE in Viet Nam, Cambodia and Thailand. She co-chairs Amcham Vietnam’s Manufacturing Committee and is an active member at various committees in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city. Prior to NIKE, she led communications for CARE International in Vietnam, a non-profit organization with a primary focus on women’s empowerment, and covered Vietnam’s foreign affairs for Tuoi Tre newspaper, one of the leading papers in the country. Giang holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the Diplomacy Academy of Vietnam and a master’s degree in public administration from the School of Public Policy at the Central European University in Budapest, Hungary. |
