  • Discuss some issues which still raise different opinions in the draft Labor Code (amended) (such as regulations on overtime working hours, progressive hourly wages, labor contracts, standard working hours, labor discipline, etc.) and the impacts on employees, businesses and the economy;
  • Proposals and recommendations to adjust and amend the relevant regulations.
