Guest Speaker
Duong Pham
Chartered MCIPD, Standard Chartered Bank
With over two decades of experience working for global banks and multinational corporations, specializing in Human Resource Management, Mr. Duong have obtained an MBA from the University of Hawaii in Manoa, a Master of HRM from the Manchester Metropolitan University (UK), and he is currently pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership at Liberty University (US). His career has provided him with a unique blend of academic expertise and practical experience in managing human capital projects on both Asian and global scales. Recently returning to Vietnam after a successful global assignment at Standard Chartered Bank in Poland, he is keen on leveraging my expertise to give back to the community.
One of his core missions is to actively engage in speaking engagements, sharing sessions, and seminars to disseminate best practices in HRM, supporting Vietnamese organizations in their journey towards building future-ready workforces. He believes that collaboration and knowledge-sharing are essential in preparing organizations for the challenges of tomorrow.
