Manager, Human Capital Solutions, Talentnet Corporation
Quynh Nhu is the Manager of the Human Capital Solutions unit at Talentnet, the exclusive local partner of Mercer in Vietnam. She is group industry and forums leader with expertise in the Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Sourcing, Hospitality, and is a forum leaders of the Asia Pacific Compensation & Benefit Forum (APCBF), Hotel Industry Remuneration Group (HRIG) in Vietnam.
After nearly ten years at Talentnet-Mercer, Quynh Nhu has supported leading companies with job matching, position evaluation, market analysis, benchmarking, building internal grading and salary structures, performance management systems, and market practices advisory.
Companies Quynh Nhu has worked with include Heineken, BAT-Vinataba (JV), Coca-Cola, Acecook, L’Oreal, TEKCOM, PNJ, Beiersdorf, Abbott, Medtronic, Adamed (Davipharm), Techcombank, VPBank, PVComBank, HDBank, and SeABank.
Quynh Nhu regularly works with regional HR teams and C-suite level management and has frequented as a guest speaker at quarterly/annual meetings for various organisations including the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EuroCham), the American Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (AmCham), the Thai Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam (ThaiCham), and The German Business Association (GBA).
Quynh Nhu studied at Monash University, Melbourne, Australia, and graduated with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resources Management and Business Management, and with a Master of Business and Master of Professional Accounting.
