Arthur Netteeson
Head of Decarbonization Partnership, APM Terminal B.V Arthur Neeteson is the Global Head of Decarbonisation Enablement & Partnerships at APM Terminals, part of Maersk Group. His team is responsible for ensuring that APMT’s green operating model creates value for the governments, communities and businesses we work with. Before joining APMT, Arthur worked at the Port of Rotterdam, at McKinsey and a leading climate consultancy. He has lived in 7 countries, including Indonesia, Singapore and China (Hong Kong). He has worked with companies in the Global South for about half of his career and was the lead author of authoritative World Bank and World Economic Forum reports. |
Astrid Vienney
Head of Product Management, Maersk Asia-Pacific Astrid has more than 15 years’ experience in Supply Chain/Logistics, most of that time in Asia. She is currently Head of Product Management at Maersk Asia-Pacific. She started her career in Order Management at Hewlett-Packard and then, moved to the 3PL industry with DHL and Kuehne + Nagel and now Maersk. She has extensive experience in Supply Chain Management: Solution Design, Implementation, Account Management, Operations/ Control Tower (planning, documentation) and Continuous Improvement. Astrid has especially excelled in origin logistics programs and buyers consolidation; delivering savings benefits to large corporations. Astrid is passionate about helping AmCham members’ with logistics solutions to develop the country. She lives in Ho Chi Minh with her husband and two children. |

Vinh Le M.E Global Logistics Manager, Datalogic Vietnam Vinh Le is the Global Logistics Manager at Datalogic Vietnam, in charge of Asia Pacific. Datalogic is the leading provider in Automatic Data Capture and Industrial Automation, with reliable solutions that drive real benefits for their customers in Retail, Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics and Healthcare industries. Taking both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering, Vinh diversified himself into multiple aspects of manufacturing experience including Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management, Warehousing and now focus on Logistics & Transportation. Vinh has participated in several optimization, cost-saving, and efficiency improvement projects related to the hi-tech environment. |
Travis Mitchell
Executive Director, AmCham Vietnam-HCMC Mr. Travis has twelve years of experience working in Southeast Asia, helping U.S. businesses thrive. Mr. Travis previously served as the Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia, where he connected the Royal Government of Cambodia with the private sector, created opportunities for growth and investment, and cultivated ties between the members of the American and Cambodian business community. He also worked as an advisor to Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, Secretary General of ASEAN. His professional research background, combined with his work on policy advocacy, public health and community activism, has helped him to promote the development of trade, investment, and human resources in the region. He was selected as one of the top 50 international voices of Cambodia in 2024 by Cambodia Leadership Review. |
