![]() Managing Director, Head of Southeast Asia Edelman Public & Government Affairs Bui Cam Ha is a public policy advisor and columnist. With her extensive journalistic background, government affairs expertise, and strategic communications skills, she helps prominent international clients navigate local regulatory dynamics and build strong relationships with government agencies at all levels. Ms. Ha’s consultancy covers a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, food & beverage, agriculture, tourism, and technology. She joined Edelman Public & Government Affairs in 2023, after four years as Special Advisor and Country Lead at Landmark Public Affairs. During this time, she also served as Head of Corporate Affairs at a local enterprise specializing in rooftop solar investments. Her previous corporate roles include senior positions at Standard Chartered Bank Vietnam, where she supported the CEO in overseeing markets in Vietnam, ASEAN & South Asia cluster. Before that, she was Communications Manager at the British Embassy in Hanoi. While at the Embassy, Ms. Ha received the UK Foreign Secretary’s Leadership Award in Communications in 2009 for her contributions to advancing the UK’s digital diplomacy abroad. Ms. Ha’s journalistic career began in the 2000s at Tuoi Tre Newspaper, where she gained a reputation for reporting on high-level foreign affairs and economic issues. Today, she remains a regular editorial contributor to VNExpress, Vietnam’s most widely read online newspaper. Ms. Ha studied journalism in Cardiff, Wales, in 2006, and in Berlin, Germany, in 2005, through the UK government’s Chevening Scholarship and the German government’s InWent Fellowship, respectively. |
