Ms. Truc Huynh currently serves as Human Resources Director of Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam Ltd. She has more than 15 years of human resource experience including Training, Organisational Design and Development, Talent development, Change management, Employee Relations and HR General Management.

Prior to joining Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam Ltd. in 2017, she did obtain remarkable achievements in Bank industry by retaining talents and high performing employees in the organization, reached by 93-95%, despite of the challenges in the war of talents in Banking and Finance industry, especially within the Local banks. She also supported the organization for the rapid business growth plans, particularly from 4,500 staff to 10,000 staff in 2 years, from 200 branches across the country to various sales channel focusing on Digital banking and served as the key member of HSBC Vietnam leadership team and HR leader to ensure the implementation of the Group HR strategy and initiatives were achieved following the agreed key milestones with the key stakeholders.

Ms. Huynh holds an MBA from Asian Institute of Technology.

Mr. Thang Vu has over twenty years of professional experience in information technology consulting and management consulting, including twelve years at business leadership level. His enterprise market scope covers local large enterprises and multi-national corporations from ASEAN, Japan, Europe and US in various industries including manufacturing, retail, real estate, financial services and multi-businesses.

During his long-term engagement in the enterprise business software field, with deep expertise in solution consulting and implementation (especially SAP ERP, HCM, Analytics), organizational effectiveness consulting, Mr. Thang Vu has helped customers in a number of endeavors and achievements including technology strategy planning, business process reengineering, and management information system architecture shaping up for operational excellence and organizational effectiveness. His extensive and in-depth experience in HRIS consulting has also provided strong leadership and management insights into how organizational design in alignment with business strategic objectives and human capital transformation can help them tackle upcoming business challenges on their journey to strategic vision.

Nguyen, Kim Phuong is Country Business Development Manager and Human Resource Partner for Dow  Vietnam LLC.

Kim Phuong joined Dow at end of 1996 where the company first established the Representative Office (“RO”) in Vietnam and has since held numbers of roles in functions and be a member of Country Leadership Team.  She was appointed Country Human Resource Manager from 2008 and Chief Representative of Dow Chemical International Ltd Rep Office in 2009 till 2018 when RO transformed to LLC.  From 2017, she was assigned Country Business Development Manager for Dow Vietnam LLC.  In July 2019, she takes additional role of Country Human Resource Partner in Dow Vietnam.

Kim Phuong has been an active contributor in establishment and development Dow legal entities in Vietnam including RO, Manufacturing and LLC. From April 2019, she was invited to be Vice-Chairman of Amcham Human Resource Committee in supporting and promoting HR activities within Amcham HR community.

Kim Phuong graduated from Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands with Master Degree in Business Administration, major of Strategic Management.

Hang has a 16-year experience as Planning & Business Development and HR in various industries such as IT, logistics, B2B, B2C, F&B… in which she successfully helped companies build effective HR organization, management system, and leadership development program. Hang is also a Coach and Mentor who helps professionals build work/life integration, career development and personal business.

Hang Nguyen is currently the Head of HR at JLL Vietnam, a leading real estate consultancy with increasing focus on technology and its application on real estate services, corporate solutions and innovation.
