Nguyen Thuy Hang is a Partner in Baker McKenzie’s Ho Chi Minh city office. She is one of the few Vietnamese lawyers dually admitted to practice law in New York State and Vietnam. Ms. Nguyen has been assisting in various compliance investigation and advice. Ann consults with clients on emerging technology that can enhance the experience, including mobile learning platforms, chatbots, Learning Experience/Management/Curation Platforms, AR, VR, and more. She takes a practical, design thinking approach to support her clients as they transform how learning happens and what their ecosystems look like today and tomorrow. Formerly the leader of a custom instructional design practice of 120 instructional designers, she helps clients plan, operationalize, resource and upskill, and then build future-forward, human-centered experiences that modern learners demand and that deliver measurable business results. She has consulted with clients in national security, media, financial services, automotive, aerospace, health care, food and beverage, manufacturing industries, and more.
Ann is a published author and sought-after speaker on the international learning industry conference circuit and serves a mentor to many emerging designers in the field. Ann attended Longwood College in Virginia where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with minors in German and Theatre. She received her Master of Arts in Human Performance Systems and Certificate in Instructional Design from Marymount University, also in Virginia.

Clients enjoy the good wealth of experience and expertise that Dan offers, and his exceptional passion about improving business skills for people with a focus on how to help clients translate the learning into sustainable practices at work.
Previously, Dan has held leadership positions in various organizations, including being the Head of Talent Development for Siemens China and the Learning Solutions Director for Mercer. Dan developed talent development programs including performance management process, succession planning, talent review, high potential development, mentoring programs, and assessment centers. Additionally, he worked with various HR subject matter experts to design and develop HR knowledge and learning solutions for teams and organizations.

Denis Brunetti is the President of Ericsson Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos since July 2017. Prior to his current role, Denis was President of Ericsson in Sri Lanka and the Maldives from May 2014 to June 2017.
He has worked in the global ICT industry for over 30 years, having held leadership positions with Ericsson across a range of countries, including Australia, Sweden, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka and Vietnam.
Denis proudly served as the Co-Chairman of the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam in 2018/2019, contributing to the EU & Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA). Denis has also been Co-Chairman of the Industry 4.0 Advisory Group in the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and is currently Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development (VBCSD) and Board member of the Vietnam Business Council for Women’s Empowerment (VBCWE). Denis also currently serves as Vice President of the Australian Chamber of Commerce (AusCham) and member on the Industry Advisory Council (IAC) of the School of Science, Engineering and Technology at RMIT Vietnam.
Denis received a medal recognition from the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) on 28th November 2018 for his contribution to Sustainable Business Development in Vietnam, having previously received a Campaign Medal for his contribution to ICT development.

Currently located in China, Krista Pederson is the Managing Director, Asia Pacific, for Hogan Assessment Systems. With advanced fluency in Mandarin Chinese and fifteen years of international business experience, Krista is focused on growing Hogan’s brand and accelerating Hogan business for distributors in the region. Hogan’s APAC markets include Greater China (including Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau); Korea; Japan; Malaysia; Singapore; Indonesia; India; New Zealand; Australia; the Philippines; and Vietnam.
Krista has represented Hogan at numerous conferences and events, speaking at the Association of Test Publishing’s (ATP) Innovations in Testing Conference in the US; the International Association for Cross Cultural Psychology (IACCP) Conference in Japan; the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Asia Conference in Taiwan; and the DDI International Conference on Assessment Center Methods in Shanghai. She is an active steering board member of the Asia Association of Test Publishers (AATP) and has organized distributor events across the APAC markets she manages every year since 2014.
Krista has worked on the translation and cultural adaptation of reports and assessments at Hogan, including the Judgment Assessment and Report; the Chinese Insight Report Series; and the Chinese Summary Reports. Understanding the rigor of needed for translations in this field, she took the lead in drafting a professional translation protocol for all Hogan translations.
Krista also brings Global Thought Leadership to her team, working on various research initiatives related to APAC while managing the official Hogan WeChat channel. Krista has served diverse clients in APAC on behalf of Hogan’s distributors providing Hogan trainings and debriefs to clients including Oracle; Porsche Consulting; Walmart; Yanfeng; BIMBA; and CEIBS; etc.
Prior to joining Hogan, Krista was the Director of Marketing and Communications at WGP Investment Consulting in Shanghai, China, where she spent over six years providing business consulting to a diverse portfolio of clients including Saudi Aramco, Harris Interactive, Haworth Furniture, and Be Green Packaging. She also served on the Board of William Global Partners Ltd., and Green Packaging Solutions Ltd., in Hong Kong, which focused on environmentally friendly pulp and paper packaging technology.
Krista is currently attending Fielding University as a PhD Candidate in Organizational Development and Change. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Baylor University in 2007, with a University Scholar/Sociology and Asian Studies Major. She attended and received an Honorary Certificate from Tsinghua University from 2005-2006, studying Asian Studies and Chinese Language. She is a Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society Member.

Mary is an international trade and economic expert with decades of experience managing organizations and policy advocacy in Asia. Prior to joining AmCham, Mary served as the U.S. Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City. As a career diplomat and member of the Senior Foreign Service, Mary has served throughout the Indo-Pacific region, including postings in Seoul, Delhi, Shanghai, and Taipei, as well as at the State Department’s China Desk and the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. Before joining the State Department, Mary worked as a CPA and Tax Manager at KPMG’s San Francisco Office. Mary also serves as a Director on the Board of VinaCapital GS Energy.
