Bousserind (Bou) Comson
Senior Director of Sales Thailand & Vietnam, Amadeus Hospitality
Bousserind (Bou) Comson is a life-long hotelier, from the age of 18 training with the Clefs d’Or Concierge until she worked full-time in global sales offices, while graduating from an International Hospitality Management college in Paris. 15+ years later after working for hotels in Europe, Middle-East and Asia, she joined the technology side of the industry working with hotel investors and operators providing profitability data and business performance analysis. Currently, she is working for Amadeus Hospitality to help hotels generate and drive travel demand into their departments.
Based in Bangkok, her core role is to provide hoteliers with the latest distribution tools to access and secure travel demand into hotel profitability. This includes using intelligence like flight data, booking channels, guest markets & demographics, but also service optimization tools and loyalty systems to retain and increase revenues. Amadeus is the world’s leading provider of travel technology developing software for airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and other travel-related businesses.
