Vietnam’s power development plan, PDP8, will have broad-sweeping impact, on renewable energy, LNG, and coal projects awaiting approval and underway, as well as Vietnam’s COP26 announced goal to be carbon neutral by 2050, and the ability of many companies to reach their own clean energy requirements for sourcing.
