Country Head, JLL Vietnam
Paul Fisher is the country head of Vietnam at JLL, leading the firms 440 employees across leasing, tenant representation, capital markets, consulting and research, valuations, property and asset management, as well as project and development services. This includes oversight of JLL hotels and facilities management businesses in the country.
During his 17 years working in commercial real estate across Europe and Asia, he has had posts in London, Frankfurt, Hong Kong and now Vietnam. He has broad expertise predominantly in leasing, tenant representation and capital markets. PropTech is an area he is passionate about, as he see how it improves the experience of our clients and employees on a daily basis.
His career started with DTZ in 2003, working in London’s West End. After qualifying as a chartered surveyor, he moved to the European capital markets team, which ultimately lead to his relocation to Frankfurt in 2009, heading the international capital initiative there. Key transactions during this time included driving a joint venture retail warehouse forward funding in the Baltics, selling a prime retail asset in Paris and marketing the sale of a portfolio of industrial properties across Germany, among many others. In 2012, he moved to Hong Kong where he concluded more than 2m sf of leasing/tenant representation transactions on behalf of major corporations across all sectors but notably, banking and finance, technology and insurance.
Nguyen Chi Toan
Marketing Director, VSIP South & Central, VSIP JV Co; Ltd
Mr. Nguyen Chi Toan is VSIP Marketing Director who is in charge of VSIP Industrial park business. He has intensive experience of more than 21 years’ in investment guidance, strategic investment analysis in attracting companies to set up manufacturing bases in all projects of VSIP in Vietnam.
He has a great network with organizations in US, Europe, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia,.. He evaluates the potential markets each year and subsequent years as well as the development trend in Vietnam to give the excellent advice for investors in each market.
Prior joining VSIP, he worked as Tour guide and Tour Operator for both inbound and outbound guests. These experience makes him unique to give excellent advice for investor to look for best location for investment location in Vietnam.
CEO, Tin Nghia Logistics
Thu Le’s extensive management experience, proven leadership skills and strong commercial customer orientation gained from global logistics companies in Vietnam.
Thu Le has more than 15 years experience in logistics field. She starts her logistics career at a young age at DHL Express as the Global Account Manager. It did not take long for her great work and success to be recognized by other major companies such as TNT Express where she took the role of Country Key Account Manager. Her strong commercial and leadership skills led her then to become the Country Sales & Marketing Manager of global logistics players such as JAS, Geodis and Panalpina. Up from that point, Thu Le was well known in the market for extensive business growth and major achievements. Before joining Tin Nghia, she was the CEO of the Chinese logistics giant S.F Express Vietnam & Cambodia.
She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Maastricht School of Management in The Netherlands.
Managing Director, DHL Supply Chain Vietnam
Drew has worked in Third Party Logistics all his career after finishing university in 2005. He has a passion for Automation, Digitalization and Technology both in his personal life and work life. He has lived in Vietnam for nearly 3yrs now, having previously lived and worked in Thailand for 6yrs where he was the leader of the DHL Retail Sector. During his time in Thailand he and his team implemented multiple automated solutions for customers to handle the surge in growth and to offset the reduction in workforce availability and cost of labor increases. He has a clear passion to ensure in the industry we treat people with respect, improve people’s working lives and work in a transparent manner with customers and suppliers.
Senior Director, Markets, JLL Vietnam
Trang Bui is Head of Markets and is responsible for all commercial leasing work undertaken by JLL in Vietnam. She has over 14 years’ experience in tenant representation, marketing and leasing. She leads the leasing business across retail, office and industrial including both landlord and tenant representation business units.
Having joined JLL in 2012, Trang has successfully executed the consultancy and leasing services for over 5.6 million sq.ft. of retail and office spaces, as well as won numerous projects throughout Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar. She has developed extensive expertise in advising commercial tenants on their office and/or factory leasing needs, with particular focus on lease acquisition, rent review, lease renewal and restructure consultancy.
Trang worked for CBRE Vietnam and Savills Vietnam before moving to JLL. Trang holds B.B.M. (Bachelor of Business Management) in Real Estate from National University of Vietnam.
