Over the past 12 years, Tamera worked in various fields of corporate real estate, ranging from brokerage, transaction management, office fit out, communication and move management.

Grant is a Senior Director in Advisory and Transactions business line in CBRE Singapore. Grant leads the Workplace Strategies team in Singapore and South East Asia. Grant has over 18 years experience in workplace design and strategic briefing in Asia, UK and the US. 16 of those years were spent in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Grant provides guidance and leadership for a range of projects including Workplace Strategy, Feasibility Studies, Impact Assessment and Workplace Change Management.
