Statement of Interest/Vision
In the past as CEO of Vietcetera, I represented the Digital Economy Committee as co-chair for more than a year during the covid period. I first-hand saw some of the challenges and opportunities of running a committee and keeping members connected. My vision for AmCham is to include more companies into the ecosystem by offering more dynamic experiences and events that go beyond the current formats. Part of this can be enabled with leadership from the startup ecosystem which I represent. Vietcetera is a bilingual media company with more than five million readers a month and nearly 100 full-time staff that can provide insights to the board about how it can engage its members.
Lastly, as an American citizen and a millennial business leader, the last six years of building Vietcetera here have informed me about the opportunities for American business leadership in Vietnam.
