Chris Blank, Chairman, Founder, and CEO, Pharmacity Vietnam
Chris Blank is Chairman, Founder, and CEO of Pharmacity, Vietnam’s largest retail pharmacy chain, established in 2011.

Chris Blank has been the chair of AmCham Healthcare Committee since 1 Dec 2018 and is continuing to co-chair the Committee for the 2020 and 2021 terms. The Committee represents for more than 70 members of the AmCham Vietnam Healthcare Network. Chris Blank shall be responsible to lead the Committee to fulfill its vision which is being a key strategic partner for promoting health and wellness and shaping the healthcare industry in Vietnam.

Luke is a career KPMG strategy consultant with extensive Emerging and Frontier Market experience. Throughout his consulting career, he has been responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-profile, profitable, and mission-critical solutions for global Fortune 500 clients. This has included market entry and expansion strategies, acquisition target analysis, operational turnarounds, regulatory and risk management, restructurings, and market exits. Luke is the co-chair of the AmCham Healthcare Committee, the Partner in Charge of Strategy Consulting for KPMG Vietnam and Cambodia, and runs the firm’s Healthcare and Life Sciences practice.

John Paul Pullicino, Country Manager & General Director, Pfizer Vietnam
Currently the Country Manager & General Director of Pfizer Vietnam, John Paul has over 18 years industry experience spanning local, regional, and global commercial roles, across developed and emerging markets. Charged with leading Pfizer’s Innovative agenda in Vietnam since late 2019, John Paul aspires to realize Pfizer’s purpose, delivering ‘Breakthroughs that Change Patients Lives’. John Paul has worked closely on initiatives to demonstrate the value of innovation to industry stakeholders. He is focused on shaping pro-patient and pro-innovation policy. From recent efforts supporting Vietnam’s national COVID-19 vaccination program to industry advocacy, John Paul is focused on the development of an equitable, sustainable, and predictable healthcare industry in Vietnam. John Paul is a strong proponent of the industry and is committed to creating collaborative partnerships within and across industries to establish Vietnam as an innovative life-sciences hub in ASEAN.
Prior to his current role, John Paul has led Global teams driving organizational transformation, Regional commercial roles supporting 10 Emerging Markets in Asia, and was previously the Head of Marketing for Pfizer Essential Health in Japan.
Joining Pfizer in 2003 in his native Australia, John Paul began his career as a Medical Sales Representative and held positions of increasing responsibility. John Paul has a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Master of Business Administration, from the University of New England.
Dr. Lan Dam, Director, External Affairs, MSD Vietnam
Lan Dam has over 22 years of experience in healthcare industry with passion and dedication on improving the quality of Vietnamese people’s health. She has been involved in many healthcare projects/programs and policy shaping aiming to increase patient access to new innovative treatments in different organizations.
In MSD, she leads Policy, Market Access and Communications department which bringing her opportunities to pursue her commitment and contribution to the healthcare mission in Vietnam, as well as to help the innovative pharmaceutical industry maintains sustainable business and continued investments. She also has a passion on promoting sustainability – “meeting our own needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs”.
Lan Dam holds a Medical Doctor degree from Hanoi Medical University, Doctor of Business Administration from American Heritage University of Southern California and Master of Science (Sustainability Leadership) from University of Cambridge, the U.K.
Lan Dam is a new member of Board of Governors of the American Chamber of Commerce, HCM chapter in Vietnam and serves as Board liaison of its Healthcare Committee.
