From 10 – 16th September, Square One restaurant proudly introduces a Japanese Food promotion hosted by Chef de Cuisine Hirokozu Nakazato and Sous Chef ‘hyakumi-an’ Hideyuki Kano, two celebrated chefs from Japan to bring you the best of Japanese cuisine in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City.

Chef de Cuisine Hirozaku Nakazato has long been recognised for his extensive knowledge in keeping up to date with the evolving culinary trends while maintaining traditional tastes and preparation of refined Japanese cuisine. His work experience gained in New York as a Chef for the U.N. Ambassador has further enhanced the outlook and understanding he has in diverse cultures.

Accompanying his mentor, Sous Chef ‘kyakumi-an’ Hideyuki Kano has a proven record with his ability to manage the kitchen functions, food preparation and presentation. His passion for cooking from the early childhood has led Chef Kano to pursue a professional career in culinary, where he effectively combines his interest in the arts to reflect creativity and delicacy in Japanese cuisine and captivate many repeat customers. Both Chefs are currently working at Roppongi Hills Club, the most exclusive private Membership Club in Japan.
