Kelda Shulman From 13 April to 11 July 2009, visit Park Lounge at Park Hyatt Saigon to enjoy live entertainment in the evenings with a collection of romantic music presented by Kelda Shulman, a pianist and songwriter from Los Angeles, USA.

Growing up listening to musical tales of her family, Kelda could not help but set out to create a musical legend on her own. With musical influences from such artists as Tori Amos, Sarah McLachlan and Fiona Apple, Kelda’s unique and hypnotic songs enliven audiences and warm their hearts.

Kelda is currently playing in the Hard Rock Café in LA, and has played previously in the House of Blues and the Viper Room in Hollywood, as well as in the Pacific Northwest and around the world.

Kelda has released two EPs, with the second, “Carried Away”, produced by Geza X (Meredith Brooks’ “Bitch”). Her first album, “Detour,” was distributed nationally by ADA (Warner Music Group’s independent arm) and features such artists as Daniel Shulman (Garbage) and Andreas Straub (Run DMC).

Kelda’s music is currently being played on online radio internationally. Her music has also been licensed for the CBS Jerry Bruckheimer hit show “Cold Case”, MTV programming, including the hit reality series “The Real World”, “Road Rules” and “Trippin’”, as well as the films “The Shooter” and “Daymaker”.

Kelda was selected as one of the Hot 100 Unsigned Artists by Music Connection for two consecutive years and also received a Los Angeles Music Awards nomination. Kelda was also chosen as one of the 12 participants in the ASCAP Lester Sill’s Song Writing Workshop. In addition, she is the recipient of a keyboard endorsement from Kurzweil.
