Vision for AmCham

AmCham today is the result of more than 20 years of hard work and dedication.  If given the privilege to serve as a member of the Board of Governors, I will build on our current momentum, and help model a sustainable plan for revenue growth and membership retention.

AmCham is the voice of the American business community in Vietnam, and plays a unique and increasingly important role in the country’s social and economic development. If elected, I will work with fellow Governors to identify specific areas where we can move the needle to improve the business environment for American companies operating in Vietnam, and strengthen the value proposition we offer our member companies.  To achieve this, I suggest we carefully analysis existing stakeholder feedback and create financial scenario models to understand how we can maximize membership value and financial sustainability for the chamber.

As a strategy consultant, I have years of experience working with clients to identify and measure specific ambitions, develop clear and actionable roadmaps, and collect the data points necessary to track progress and measure success.  If given the opportunity, I greatly look forward to helping AmCham grow to meet its ambition.
