Event Management Support
If your company has interesting information about an issue, a product, or a service that other AmCham members may find useful, AmCham can be your ideal event partner. We will support your event by taking care of all logistics arrangements: promoting the event, dealing with hotel(s) for meeting rooms and food & beverages, sending invitations, receiving registrations and welcoming guests at the event.
Service fee for each event is VND 11,750,000/member | VND 23,500,000/non-member
How to …
- Company will provide topic, event description for website, and speaker for event 6 weeks before Event
- Company logo will be presented on Event Description on AmCham Website and Event backdrop as Event Sponsor
- Company will have 3 complimentary tickets to the Event, including speaker
- Company will receive a full list of participants and link of photo album after event.

eBlast Advertising
– Email Blast (eBlast or Standalone email) is a digital marketing option open to members and non-members in good standing
– Target audience: Over 6,000 contacts, including nearly 2,000 representatives of over 550 AmCham companies, plus over 4,000 readers in Vietnam, Asia-Pacific countries, and the USA.
– eBlast is sent out every Tuesday
– Payment must be received to confirm the scheduled date.
– eBlast banner should be submitted at least two days prior to the scheduled send date
– AmCham will include a disclaimer that this is a Sponsored Message
– Due to the popularity of this program, eBlast advertising is available on a first come, first served basis
– eBlast information should be positive in nature. The Chamber has the right to refuse any advertisement not consistent with the Chamber’s mission.
