The Morel of This Month’s Other Story is a Mushroom

Of course, there’s more to February than the New Year. There are also the mushrooms – morel mushrooms to be specific, prepared as appetizers, as sides to main courses but not as dessert.

Beginning February 3 and running through February 12, Reflections Restaurant will celebrate morels, that most exquisite fungi that’s particularly esteemed by the finest French chefs.

A la carte, the selections pair morel mushrooms with white truffle oil, on toasted sourdough and with deep sea scallops. As main courses, the morels accent fresh tagliatelle, ox tongue, roasted fillet of beef, sea bass and pork tenderloin.

Prices for these a la carte selections range from VND 200,000++ to 540,000++ per dish. As well, for VND 980,000++, there’s a Set Menu where the morels command center stage as complements to seared sea scallops and roasted fillet of beef.

The Degustation Menu is a more intense experience, where diners can explore the wonders of the morel mushroom on toasted sourdough, with white truffle oil and as enhancements to both sea bass and pork tenderloin. The Degustation Menu costs VND 1,420,000++ per person.
