The Government of Vietnam considers simplification of administrative procedures (Project 30) as a core mission, and a breakthrough in administrative procedures reform from now until end of 2010. Prime Minister is committed to the implementation of the Project 30.
Project 30 uses the internationally-proven Regulatory Guillotine approach; a Prime Minister-appointed Special Task Force together with 87 Task Forces from 24 ministries, agencies and 63 provinces to coordinate simplification across all levels of government.
Private Sector is a partner with government through the Advisory Council supported by the Secretariat to oversee and participate in the reform process
Administrative Procedures (APs) will be simplified in a comprehensive, systematic manner, rather than case-by-case basis to increase compliance and reduce burdens on business.
