About the Speakers
Dr. Mike Jackson
Mike is a Founder Member and Chairman of Shaping Tomorrow. He also advises businesses on dramatically improving their competitiveness through pioneering work on practical Sustainable Business Strategies. Clients include a number of blue-chip, international and national companies and small to medium sized UK businesses. He is known on conference platforms speaking on business subjects including futures, sustainability, customer loyalty and retention, business process re-engineering, change management, building strategic visions and values and people motivation and communications, ethics, alliances and corporate governance: he has many published articles on these subjects. With over 30 years’ experience in Business Management in the UK, North America and Europe, he has significant exposure to corporate banking and consumer finance and, latterly, futuring.
Wilson is an experienced Corporate Planner. He has hands-on experience in more than 10 industries as CFO and in more than 20 industries as a consultant in Australia and Asia Pacific. He was a Managing Consultant with Coopers & Lybrand in Jakarta for 10 years and President Director of KPMG’s International Consulting Group, Indonesia for 3 years before the emergency there in 1999. In 2000, he established the Amplios Consultants group based in Singapore and has delivered organization performance improvement assignments in Singapore, Malaysia and the Maldives, together with some assignments covering all of Asia Pacific. His clients include Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, members of Singapore’s Temasek Group, the State Trading Organization of the Maldives and Malaysia’s Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) and Federal Land Consolidation and Rehabilitation Authority (FELCRA).
