Engaged Employees Drive the Bottom Line – As leading organizations, your workforces are increasingly becoming your most powerful and unique source of competitive advantage. Putting people at the center of your business model ensures your workforce fully commits their energy, knowledge and creativity to helping your organization succeed.
At Towers Watson, we help to uncover insights that help companies shape a high-performance culture, improve the return on talent investments, set actionable priorities and help drive measurable business results. With the world’s largest normative database of employee attitudes, we provide you the insights that lead to actions which you can implement efficiently and sustain over time.
Towers Watson research indicates that engaged employees reduced the cost of recruiting, hiring, training and developing, not to mention the positive effects on productivity. Engaged employees are also more willing to give extra effort when the organisation needs it and those in customer-facing roles are more likely to create more satisfied customers. Unless organizations can define and measure engagement – it cannot possibly be improved.
To learn more about how you can increase employee engagement of your current workforce, we invite you to participate in this year’s Towers Watson Engagement Indicator Survey 2011 Briefing.
