Concha y Toro wines of Trio Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Blanc Reserva, Concha y Toro, Casablanca Valley, Marques de Casa Concha Chardonnay, Trio Reserva Merlot, Carmenere, Cabernet Sauvignon, Conchay Toro Rapel Valley, etc will be introduced and tasted with most appealing and creative dishes of poached duck liver “au tourchon”, on shortbread crust with glazed cherries, light cured smoked salmon on shallot puree and soft poached egg, merlot poached seabass on creamed leeks, vanilla braised veal cheeks on parsnip cream, bacon and pea jus etc.
