As of Sun, Nov 4, 7pm VN time, a Cat 1 Typhoon (see map below) was crossing the northern Philippines into the Eastern Sea. According to Tropical Storm Risk (www.tsr.com) its projected track will veer towards the South West along the coast of the southern part of Vietnam.
