Vietnam among most attractive manufacturing destinations (PricewaterhousCoopers) Amongst the Asian countries in the PwC EM20 Index, India tops the Manufacturing Index (ranked fourth overall), whilst Thailand (11th-Index value 82), Malaysia (13th-81) and China (14th-81) are ranked below Vietnam. India’s Tata Steel to build steel plant in Vietnam The integrated steel complex with 4.5 million tonne capacity will be set up in Vung Ang Economic Zone in Ha Tinh province, will be built in three phases. In the first phase, a cold rolling mill will be commissioned by the end of 2010.
